Cold Stone Sundae Bar Catering in New Jersey
The Cold Stone sundae bar is our catering setup for events: branded Cold Stone Creamery tubs and a spread of mix-ins and toppings, with signature creations made to order for your guests. It’s a natural companion to our ice cream truck — and because it sets up on a table, it works indoors as easily as out, at events across New Jersey.
What the Cold Stone sundae bar is
We arrive with the Cold Stone Creamery catering tubs, toppings and everything needed to serve, and set the sundae bar up on-site. Our team then serves guests real Cold Stone creations, made to order, right from the bar — the same premium ice cream and mix-ins you’d get at a Cold Stone Creamery.
Where the sundae bar fits
The sundae bar has served offices and corporate events, community and school gatherings, private parties and formal celebrations — indoors and at outdoor tented events alike. Because it doesn’t need a truck to park, it fits venues where the truck can’t go.

The sundae bar sets up on a table and needs only about 6 ft of table space. Setup takes about 30 minutes and breakdown about about 15 minutes. Catering starts at a $500 minimum, and you can add the optional Cold Stone mixing experience, where our team mixes the ice cream for guests.
The sundae bar follows the same catering service area as the truck and indoor catering — normally within about 40 miles of South Orange, with an additional travel charge beyond that (up to about 100 miles). Check your event location →
Matching a theme? You're welcome to style the table and the area around the sundae bar to fit your event — colors, balloons, signage, and the like. We bring the Cold Stone catering experience itself; the decor is yours to bring.
