Every Cold Stone catering event is quoted custom — your date, location, guest count, and format all shape the price, so no two quotes are quite the same. Catering starts at a $500 minimum engagement, and we offer discounts on select packages. Here's how it works.
The $500 minimum
Catering starts at a $500 minimum engagement. That's the starting point for bringing the truck or the staffed sundae bar to your event, with real Cold Stone Signature Creations made to order.
Custom quotes
Tell us your date, location, and rough headcount and we'll put together a quote for your event. Because every event is different, we price it to what you actually need.
Package discounts
We run discounts on select packages. When you reach out, ask what's currently available and we'll let you know if your event qualifies.
Travel & service area
We cater within about 40 miles of South Orange — truck, sundae bar, or indoor. Beyond that, an additional travel charge applies (up to about 100 miles), confirmed with your quote. Check your event location.
