When an outdoor ice cream truck won’t fit your venue or the weather won’t cooperate, we bring the Cold Stone experience inside with our staffed sundae bar: the same signature creations, made to order, set up right in your space.
What indoor Cold Stone catering looks like
For indoor events, our team sets up a Cold Stone sundae bar inside your venue — offices, halls, schools, homes and event spaces. Guests get real Cold Stone creations, made to order, without a truck parked outside. It’s the same premium ice cream and mix-ins; the difference is simply where and how we serve it.

Because the sundae bar sets up indoors, you’re not limited to summer. We cater winter holiday parties, corporate events and indoor celebrations through the colder months just as easily as a warm-weather block party. Indoor catering follows the same catering service area as our truck and sundae bar: normally within about 40 miles of South Orange, with an additional travel charge beyond that and events up to about 100 miles considered. Check your event location →
The sundae bar needs only about 6 ft of table space and sets up in about 30 minutes (about about 15 minutes to break down) — easy to fit into a venue.
