We're a New Jersey–based Cold Stone caterer in South Orange, and we take New York City events too. The branded ice cream truck, a staffed sundae bar, or indoor catering — the same made-to-order Cold Stone experience, brought across the city. Because the boroughs are large, the exact travel and any charge depend on your event address.
How it works for NYC events
All three formats — truck, sundae bar, and indoor — share one catering service area. From our South Orange base, about 40 miles is the standard area; beyond that an additional travel charge applies, and we'll consider events up to about 100 miles away. New York City spans a wide range of distances, so rather than call a whole borough in or out, we confirm the exact eligibility and any travel cost for your specific address with your quote.
